Wrap to go with chicken and yoghurt-goatcheese dressing
Always easy, quick and tasty: wraps. We fill them with chicken fillet, avocado, lettuce, cucumber and some spring onion. And garnish everything with a homemade goat's cheese-yoghurt sauce. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

200 g | Bettine goat's cheese |
1 | lemon |
1 | spring onion |
0,5 | cucumber |
1 | ripe avocado |
4 | medium-sized tortilla wraps |
50 g | romaine lettuce |
150 g | smoked chicken breast flakes |
Preparation

- Mix the yoghurt with the 1 roll of goat cheese (à 125 g), 1 tbsp lemon juice, pepper and salt to make a yoghurt sauce.
- Cut the spring onion into diagonal rings. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into strips. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and slice the flesh.
- Heat the wraps briefly in the pan.
- Spread some yoghurt sauce over each wrap. Divide the lettuce, cucumber sticks, avocado cubes, chicken breast flakes and some spring onion over the centre of the wrap. Garnish with the rest of the goat cheese and roll up tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a lunch to go.
