Mini tarte tatin with goat cheese and pear
Are you already familiar with viral tarte tatins? You pile up the most delicious ingredients, put a slice of puff pastry on top and bake it in the oven. Super easy!

Ingredients

100 g | Bettine goat's cheese Pearls |
1 tbsp | oil |
2 tbsp | honey |
1 | roll of fresh puff pastry (270 g ) |
5 g | fresh thyme |

Preparation

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Halve the pear lengthwise. Cut into thin slices.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Spread the oil and honey on 6 spots on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Successively spread 1 sprig of thyme per spot, about 10 to 15 Bettine goat cheese Pearls and one fan of about 3 to 4 slices of pear on top of each other. Season with some salt. Lay the puff pastry on top and press down well.
- Bake the tarte tatins in the middle of the preheated oven. in approx. 20 min. until golden brown and cooked.
- Divide the rest of the goat cheese balls and some more thyme over the tarte tatins. Serve warm or cold.
Also delicious as a main course with a fresh lamb's lettuce or rocket salad.
