Cheese board with Italian vegetables

So this cheese board with Bettine No3 and Italian vegetables should definitely not be missed!

Ingredients

for 4 persons
150 g cherry tomatoes
10 g basil
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tl sea salt
100 g roasted red and yellow peppers
10 g oregano
Bettine No3
1 pack of sea salt rosemary crackers

Preparation

    1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and coarsely chop the basil. Finely chop the garlic.
    2. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the basil, garlic, olive oil and salt and spoon into a bowl.
    3. Cut the roasted sweet pepper into strips. 
    4. Place the Bettine No.3 on a board and spread the oregano on top.
    5. Serve with the tomato salad and the roasted pepper.
    6. Top with the rosemary sea salt crackers.

Delicious with a fresh rosé. Even more festive is a glass of prosecco or a slightly sweet spumante. Bubbles are always a good idea
