Cheese board with Italian vegetables
Entice your guests with the aperitivo moment: refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. The Italians are proud of their aperitivo for a reason. So it is an ideal moment to recover from the long working day, whet the appetite and already get into the culinary mood. So this cheese board with Bettine No3 and Italian vegetables should definitely not be missed!

Ingredients
for 4 persons150 g | cherry tomatoes |
10 g | basil |
1 | clove of garlic |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 tl | sea salt |
100 g | roasted red and yellow peppers |
10 g | oregano |
Bettine No3 | |
1 | pack of sea salt rosemary crackers |
Preparation

- Halve the cherry tomatoes and coarsely chop the basil. Finely chop the garlic.
- Mix the cherry tomatoes with the basil, garlic, olive oil and salt and spoon into a bowl.
- Cut the roasted sweet pepper into strips.
- Place the Bettine No.3 on a board and spread the oregano on top.
- Serve with the tomato salad and the roasted pepper.
- Top with the rosemary sea salt crackers.
Delicious with a fresh rosé. Even more festive is a glass of prosecco or a slightly sweet spumante. Bubbles are always a good idea
