Ingredients

for 2 persons
100 g Bettine pearls
150 g smoked chicken breast
1 bag fresh spinach
small container cherry tomatoes
75 g corn
1 avocado
handful toasted pine nuts
2 tbsp olive oil
(freshly ground) pepper

Preparation

    1. Place the spinach in a bowl.
    2. Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle over the spinach along with the corn.
    3. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle over the salad.
    4. Next, cut the avocado into pieces and sprinkle it over the top along with a Bettine Salad Ball.
    5. Finally, add the pine nuts, olive oil and pepper.
