for 2 persons100 g | Bettine pearls |
150 g | smoked chicken breast |
1 bag | fresh spinach |
small container | cherry tomatoes |
75 g | corn |
1 | avocado |
handful | toasted pine nuts |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
(freshly ground) pepper |
Preparation

- Place the spinach in a bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle over the spinach along with the corn.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle over the salad.
- Next, cut the avocado into pieces and sprinkle it over the top along with a Bettine Salad Ball.
- Finally, add the pine nuts, olive oil and pepper.
