Salad with apple, white sultanas, walnuts and goatcheese balls
This fresh salad with apple, lettuce, goat's cheese pearls, sultanas and walnuts is delicious for lunch, but can also be eaten as an evening meal with, for example, freshly sliced (baguette) bread on the side. Truusje made this delicious salad with goat's cheese and apple.

Ingredients
for 4 persons100 g | Bettine goat cheese pearls |
150 g | salad blend |
1 | fuji apple |
1 | small red onion |
1 | handful of plain sultanas |
1 | handful of walnuts |
For the dressing: | |
---|---|
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | apple cider vinegar |
1 tsp. | mustard |
1 tsp. | honey |
Preparation

- Start by making the dressing. Whisk together the cider vinegar, mustard, honey and a little salt and pepper.
- Then pour in the olive oil while stirring.
- Finely chop the red onion. Cut the apple into slices or cubes. Roughly chop or break the walnuts.
- Mix the dressing into the salad. Divide the red onion, sultanas, walnuts and apple pieces on top.
- Top the salad with the Bettine goat's cheese pearls.
